Training Zone - BS Home Care - Induction Programme

Inducting any new employee into the workplace plays a vital role in their development.  All BS Home Care candidates complete a 3 day induction training course before commencing work.  Our induction training is in line with national standards and is conducted at one of our fully equipped and staffed training centres.

As well as being briefed and inducted before commencement of duties, all home care workers also receive ongoing training and supervision to national standards throughout the course of their assignments.

BS Home Care workers receive 6 monthly office based supervision sessions and a further 2 in the field.  We are able to offer bespoke training sessions and workshops to meet the individual needs of Home Care workers and our clients and service users.
