By researching the company beforehand you will impress your
interviewer with your knowledge of their organisation. Furthermore, this
will place you in a strong position to decide if you want to work there.
You will need to research:
What the organisation does The scale of their operations (i.e. national company, local
company, small business, private individual) Its' reputation It's competitors How long it has been in existence Management culture Staff turnover Its' current performance in the care marketplace
