All of our consultants understand the importance and relevance of correct referencing and we do our utmost to ensure that our reference procedures meet all of the client's requirements. Our procedure is fairly simple; if an applicant cannot supply, or we cannot secure references, then we cannot continue with the registration. To ensure that standards are maintained, all of our branches are regularly audited to make sure that the procedures are being carried out correctly. We regard this area so highly that failure to carry out our reference procedures correctly will lead to disciplinary action being taken. |
