Employer Zone - The BS Social Care Recruitment Process (Cont.) Compliance with the Warner Report It is also the policy of BS Social Care to recruit temporary staff in line with the recommendations of the Warner Report. Our procedures, processes, related forms and paperwork (including the application form) have all been designed to accommodate the recommendations that affect the recruitment of temporary agency staff looking to work with children. In line with the report, all of the units we supply staff to are visited by one of our consultants and where it is deemed necessary by the client we can arrange for unit managers to interview staff prior to commencement of assignment. All BS Social Care consultants are trained and updated on all specialist recruitment and vetting procedures, including those that apply to children's workers and their access to young people. |
