A special facility that directly benefits our clients is our unique, fully manned out of hours service.

Since social and home care is a 24 hour a day occupation, our candidates are available to you at any time of the day or night, every day of the year. Ring us at 3.00am, for example, and you will speak to – not an operator or message service – but a BS Social Care / BS Home Care consultant, with first hand knowledge of your needs and the specialities we can provide.
