About Us
Our story: from vision to values
BS Social Care was created in 1993 to provide quality permanent and temporary recruitment
services to employers of care services and professionals. The company’s founders
included former social care professionals who had identified a gap in the market for a service
that combined the vision, expertise and resources of a national recruiter with the
insight and values that resonate with those who have direct experience of the impact
that quality care provision can have on the lives of both those being cared for,
and those who care for them.
We have a network of 16 offices in key centres around the country, along with colleagues
in Brook Street’s nationwide network
of over 100 offices. We have long-standing relationships with clients in both the public, private and voluntary sectors, many
of whom we have supported personally on their own journeys to where they are today
in leading roles within local or national social care provision, social care management, or in
social care HR
We put our success down to rigorous quality and safeguarding standards, superb consultant
training and a commitment to helping both our staff and candidates grow and develop
as professionals. Cutting-edge database and search technology and well-developed
