Permanent Consultant

Responsible for sourcing and placing candidates to specific permanent position for our clients, you will assess and interview candidates, building a clear picture of their career goals and noting their experience, as well as any areas in which they may require training.

When filling a permanent role, you will work to match the role to the right candidate as closely as possible, in order to minimise incompatibility and ensure a recruitment solution that benefits both parties. A Permanent Consultant will also need to be proactive in canvassing local business in order to identify opportunities, as well as confident in forwarding candidates to very particular permanent placements.
