At BS Social Care, we have a responsibility to our service providers and recipients
of care to uphold the highest standards of safety. We have robust screening procedures
in place to meet the exacting standards of health & social care legislation, safeguarding
procedures and criminal records.
When you register with us, expect to undergo a thorough vetting process – but rest
assured that the rigour we apply is the reason we can offer you such a wide range
of permanent and temporary opportunities. And the extent of our scrutiny will be
matched by courtesy, speed and efficacy.
Our screening process takes in:
- Verification of employment and work-related disciplinary records
- Checking eligibility to work in the UK
- ID, address and qualifications checks
- Reference-checking (minimum of two employment references)
- Enhanced CRB disclosure (immediately available temporary candidates)
If you’re a temporary worker, you’ll also be provided with a welcome induction,
to prepare you well for your first assignment.
