Job Description

I am currently seeking SUPPORT WORKERS for a 24 HOUR DAYS contract for a well-known provider of learning disabilities services.

For this position you must very care focused and want to make a different in the lives of those with learning disabilities. You must be comfortable with personal care, confident with care plans and always treat those that you care for with dignity and respect. You will be proactive, caring and compassionate. Be a team player and be flexible to the needs of the service.

For this role is it preferred that you have your NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, but it isn't essential however you must have a care background and due to the location of the service you must be a driver with access to a car.

For all your hard work and commitment, you can expect an hourly rate of £9.00 per hour with the opportunity to complete your NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. You also get a generous annual leave allowance, pension plan and health care
