Job Description
A new, exciting role has become available to work for a Government body as a Court Usher. This role will be working full time the office (in Central London). The hours will be Monday - Friday, 9-5, 37 hours per week. The pay will be £11.91 an hour, and the temporary role will for at least 6 months, with the possibility of an extension.
The agency worker will:
" Prepare courts for sitting, fill water bottles; ensure clean glasses are available.
" Wash and tidy away glasses at the end of the court sitting.
" Liaise with Judge and Clerk RE papers for hearings.
" Obtain names of all parties and complete court records where appropriate.
" Swear in witnesses as appropriate.
" Ensure the smooth running of the courts.
" Photocopy any documents required by the court.

o Experience working within a public facing environment
