The Ministry of Justice - Admin Assistant
Location: Bradford - BD3
Hours: Monday - Friday (37 hours)
Pay: £8.21ph

Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a full time Administration Assistant to join the Team at the Direct Lodgement Centre with our client, The Ministry of Justice based in Bradford. The role will include working as part of a flexible busy office support team in a back-office environment and will be responsible for opening post and assisting the Administration Officers.

Responsibilities include:

• Opening post and sorting received mail in to order
• Moving heavy files to relevant teams
• Working in the basement locating files
• Data inputting and using Microsoft Excel and Word
• High volume of photocopying & scanning files
• Dispatching post and case files using courier services
• Responsible for paper file maintenance
• Working to high daily minimum expectations of output with 100% accuracy rates
