"This role is prisoner facing and the job holder will be required to undertake the following responsibilities and duties:
Maintain filing on a daily basis to provide effective recordkeeping, in line with local procedures.
Store records appropriately.
Deliver and collect post where appropriate.
Collate paperwork ready for the ROTL Boards
Public Protection Paperwork
Generate licence and diary movements
Provide administrational assistance in area of work.
Respond to queries relating to area of work.
Participate in quality assurance process.
Work with prisoners as required.

The Job holder is expected to accept reasonable alterations and additional tasks of a similar level that may be necessary."The Role will involve the following. "General office duties. Answering telephones, processing queries. Knowledge of Microsoft office is desirable. An duties as directed.
You will need to be put through Prison Clearance. If you are able to provide the right documents upon interview this can take anything between 8-10 days to come back therefore if you are successful, the start date would be around 2 weeks after interview.
This is a full-time role 37hrs per week Monday - Friday 9am-5pm the pay rate will start at £9.65 increasing to £10.11 after 12 working weeks
This is a Temporary contract starting on 3 months with a view to extend.
