Job Role -Case Admin
Duties include but not restricted to
Business Administration duties include but are not limited to, monitoring communications of the FMB, Collating & inputting data for regional Documents and reports. Processing and recording documents in relation to goods and services. To provide Support and assistance for the region's Area Property Operational Managers, RPOM and Stakeholders. Minute taking and drafting of meetings agendas including the organisation of Teams meetings where necessary.
Typical qualifications and experience: five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or suitable clerical experience. Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
