Job Role - Case Admin
The duties include covering shifts on a rota, health and safety returns, logging work orders. A knowledge of Excel and Word would be required. Any other training would be given. Please note that although some of this work could be done from home, they will need to attend the Approved Premises to work too. The Approved Premises house high risk offenders upon their release from prison. The candidate would not have direct involvement with the residents but would be based in the same building.
Typical qualifications and experience: five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or suitable clerical experience. Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
