Job Description

Our client based in HMP Bure, Norfolk is seeking an experienced Admin Officer to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. Working on site in an assignment with the Prisons. However, please be aware the role is based in an office outside of the Prison itself.

The rate of pay is £9.50 an hour, rising to £10.86 an hour after a period of 12 weeks. For under 25's the National minimum wage applies. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.

The role is Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00


This is an exciting opportunity, that will allow you to work in a team carrying out varied daily tasks.
The role will include but will not be restricted to;
- Maintenance of Finance Trackers.
- Engagement with Service Delivery Managers and other Stakeholders
- Data input
- Minute taking and drafting of meetings addenda's.
- Data entry and database management
- Call and email resolution and message relaying
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Mailbox management
- General administration


You will be required to have great communication skills, written and verbal, being confident in interacting using multiple platforms.


The ideal candidate will have knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Office 365, great attention to detail, the ability to handle data efficiently good communication and time Management.
