Key Responsibilities
The main responsibilities associated with this role are detailed below:-
" Provide a full range of general administration support services to the PMO and project teams;
" Provide administrative support in any meetings held on site, including minute taking;
" Carry out event planning and meeting scheduling as directed by the PMO;
" Provide support to the PMO and project teams for booking rail travel and accommodation in accordance with the relevant guidance;
" Undertake ad hoc corporate administration on behalf of the PMO as directed;
" Act as the main point of contact for resolving any IT issues that may arise on site;
" Act as the main point of contact for resolving any accommodation issues that may arise on site;
" Deal with ad-hoc PMO requests as and when they arise.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
" Ability to work to tight timescales;
" Ability to communicate clearly to a non-technical audience;
" Relevant computer skills to undertake the level of work required
" 5 GCSE passes (or equivalent) grades A*-C, or NVQ Business Administration level II.
