Job Description

A new opportunity has become available with one of our Clients that works for the Government. They need an Admin Officer (P.A. experience), the pay rate is £13.34 an hour, it will be a temporary assignment for approximately 3 months, until the end of March; Monday - Friday; remotely.

They are the journeys that we all make, if not every day, many times a month. Our work makes a huge difference to the daily lives of millions, across England and across the UK, whether they are by bus, tram, walking or cycling

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our Senior Management Team in responding to the fast-paced environment and significant demands placed upon them.

Duties and responsibilities
We are looking for a hardworking and driven individual that can help support our Senior Management to deliver the significant project and programmes within Local Transport. The candidate would need to react at pace and be able to respond to issues when they arise.
Specifically, you will,
" Develop and maintain effective processes to deliver a first-class administrative service working at a fast pace across the Senior Management Team. Adapting to the differing needs and priorities of our Senior Management Team, managing time effectively.
" Coordinate emails, phone calls and post promptly; giving standard replies as appropriate and forwarding to relevant members of staff.
" Manage the Senior Management Teams inbox(s), ensuring urgent/important correspondence is prioritised and brought to the attention of the Deputy Directors.
" Prepare diary logistics, including paperwork and briefing material, ensuring that the Deputy Directors are always in the correct location, with the correct papers and aware of upcoming appointments.
Experience
" Someone who can build strong and productive relationships with senior colleagues and stakeholders.
" Experience in securing inputs from others across a range of stakeholders, who are often managing conflicting demands.
About You
We are looking for someone who can show these essential criteria:
" Good standard of written and spoken communication.
" A strong attention to detail and ensuring accuracy of data.
" Excellent organisation skills.
" An ability to build strong relationships to support a team.
" Experience of Microsoft Office and IT skills.
" Administration experience and a good understanding in a technical setting

Please note, all applicants if successful will need to undergo a full pre-employment check, including a DBS check and we will need to obtain 3 years` worth of referencing.
