Job Description

An exciting opportunity has risen to work for the NHS for our client based in St Ives who are seeking an Administration Co-ordinator.

As an Administration Co-ordinator, you'll proudly be working for the well-established NHS and will play a vital role at the forefront of a friendly and supportive team.

Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: St Ives/ hybrid
Pay: Band 4, £10.29 per hour
Start date: ASAP

Your main duties will include:

  • Arrange meetings and draft agendas
  • Producing accurate meeting minutes and action logs
  • To be responsible for the distribution of communications relating to emergency planning
  • Work well to tight deadlines
  • Respond effectively to requests for advice/information via telephone or email
  • To maintain an office management system with day-to-day administrative duties
  • To ensure that reports are completed on time
  • To maintain the database system
  • To be responsible for the ordering of all stationery and equipment required for the role
  • To promote a positive, helpful and professional image throughout the Trust, as well as with external organisations
  • To work together with other administration staff within the Trust to provide an effective network of communication
  • Assist the Project Officer in providing incident response related support and advice
