Job Description

Our Public Sector client is looking for a strong Administrator to help support their Finance Team. This is a temporary ongoing role, Monday to Friday 37.00 hours per week, paying £11.03 per hour. This role is fully remote working.

The main role responsibilities are listed below, and any other ad hoc administration duties as required:
- Raising requisitions
- Liaising with internal customers and suppliers
- Ensuring prompt payments
- Data entry on tracker spreadsheets and / or databases
- Accurately inputting data and collating paperwork
- Assisting with routine administrative processes and procedures
- Preparing routine correspondence

You must be well organised and have strong MS Office skills (Excel and Outlook more specifically).

Please be aware that this role will require a DBS and three years referencing.
