Temporary assignment - Full Time
£11.23ph

Brook Street are proud to be working in partnership with the Home Office to find Administrators to join their team in Festival Court in Govan. You will be assisting with providing Foreign National Offender Returns Command casework support - Working within the case working teams to support their efforts to removal foreign national offenders from the United Kingdom. Managing basic admin tasks, answering emails, requesting information, creating digital files, liaising with other departments and stakeholders.


"In this high-profile department, the role will be in an administrative support capacity based in Glasgow FNORC.
" You will be required to monitor intake, updating local and national records and seeking additional supplementary information from outside partners.
" You may also be required to take liaise with other casework teams with a view to referring cases to them. You will need to be organised and flexible, adapting to the needs of the team at, sometimes, very short notice.
" You will need to hold a good understanding of IT and Microsoft Office as you will be required to maintain accurate records of the movement of files, progression of cases and other ad hoc reports. A high standard of data quality will be expected.
" You may be asked to monitor multiple mailboxes, responding to queries from multiple stakeholders initially after seeking support from line managers and bringing queries to the attention of senior members of the team.
" You will also be required to establish effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to support the progression of cases.
" Team work, good communication and writing skills, the ability to follow guidance and a positive approach are also required.

To be successful in this role you must undertake Government VETTING checks and be able to provide 3 years of referencing.
