Job Description

A great opportunity has come up for a fantastic client of mine for an experienced Administrator. A brilliant work-life balance in a company that offers great job security. Responsibilities
- Taking control of rotas
- Helping find new staff for the company and helping them settle in
- Keeping the office organised
- Provide support by answering the phone and taking messages
- Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
- Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
Requirements
- Administrator experience
- Previous experience in managing a rota
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programmes
- Previous experience within recruitment support
