Our client is looking for administrators to join their established team in Edinburgh , this is a Monday to Friday role , 37 hours per week . If you have customer service experience , admin experience and are looking to start your journey working within the Public sector apply now.
" Check departmental and open source systems (Companies House)
" Draft letters (a template will be provided; some minor deviation may be required)
" Update Spreadsheets for case recording and MIS reporting purposes
" Leave notes on case records following an agreed format/structure
" Checking departmental systems to ensure completeness of records for example fees are paid correctly.
" Navigation across multiple systems
" Taking responsibilities
" Basic Excel/word skills
" Basic letter writing/drafting ability
" Mail Merging
" Basic understanding of handling customer information and data retention
" Some understanding of the supervision or AML registration process (can be easily upskilled)
" Customer service/engagement awareness
" An eye for accuracy and completeness, strong attention to detail
" Ability to take actions in a timely manner with accuracy
" Work in a high-volume time focused setting to strict service level agreements.
NB - Financial services background desired but not essential, background checks will be carried out as part of process
