Our client based in the Hayes area is looking for an administrator to their busy but friendly team. They are a family business who take pride in their personable approach to both clients and customers.
Your day to day duties will include onboarding and administrate defined contracts including V5 and V62 administration and you will on board vehicles in a consistent manner confirming accuracy of description. You will also be sending out vendor statements by soft copy and hard copies posted to vendors without email addresses, liaise with cash offices to chase late payments, confirm deposit returns and administrate cancelled sales. You will be the reception point for enquiries, keep the systems up to date with hammer prices and number of sales, create and send invoices to customer and mark up payments on the system and you will also close sales at the payment deadline.
You will be committed to providing the business with a consistent offering of vehicles offered through the company sales programme. This department require a team player to take responsibility with the administration of sale processes. A keen eye for detail is paramount throughout the process. You will also have a knowledge of data collection, the ability to manipulate Excel spreadsheets and supply information in a professional and consistent manner.
In return the company offer a very competitive salary between £18,500-£19,500 per annum and you will be working 8am to 4:30pm Mon to Friday
