Job Title - Administrator
Hours of work -- Full time hours (shift pattern to cover 08-17:30 weekday office hours, and rostered
09-16:00 weekend hours) Agile Working - available as a mix of office / working from home - to be agreed with Manager
Location - Bretton Gate, Peterborough
Pay Rate £10.40
Length of assignment - To Start asap for 12 weeks

Job Title: Flexible Staffing Service Administrator
Band: Band 3

Job summary
Proactively work with managers to understand their services and requirements for temporary staffing. Liaise with flexible workers and recruitment agencies to ensure that vacant shifts are filled by appropriately vetted, experienced, and trained bank and agency workers.

Provide support and advice to managers and staff, delivering high quality temporary staffing solutions
in accordance with staffing framework agreements, Trust policies and agreed protocols.


Main duties and responsibilities

" Identify suitable Flexible Workers for positions, liaise with workers to establish if they
are available and interested and forward details of interested candidates to managers.
" Liaise with recruitment agencies when required to identify suitable candidates for
" vacant shifts.
" Administer, support and co-ordinate the hiring process including the initial vetting of
CV's, in accordance to the clients check standards, with the aim of booking/securing high
calibre flexible workers, in line with agreed rates.
" To be responsible for the completion of administrative work and post appointment care
for all engagements.
" To provide a meet and greet service to new flexible workers, arranging their Corporate
and local inductions, checking relevant information and ensuring completion of
necessary documents.
" Act as a main point of contact for Flexible Workers, maintaining regular contact,
providing advice and support regarding all aspects of Flexible Working.
" Ensure Flexible Workers are updated with any changes including process and
organisational changes which may affect their work.
" Monitor the registration, skills, training, and non-clinical performance of Flexible
workers amending a worker's deployment permissions as appropriate.
" Monitor duty cancellations by Flexible Workers, discuss the implications with workers
and taking appropriate action to prevent cancellations in future.
" Issue flexible worker ID cards, parking permits, uniforms and equipment as required,
ensuring they are returned at the end of the assignment.
" To ensure that timesheets and invoices are checked and approved in a timely manner
in accordance with the agreed rates.

The post holder will also be required to assist with: -
" Liaise with managers and Flexible Workers to set up interviews as required, and assist
" with the recruitment and selection of new flexible workers.
" Liaise with flexible workers to ensure their learning and development, supervision and
" registration requirements are up to date booking them onto training courses as
" required.
" Contact dormant Flexible Workers identifying reasons for non-use, trying to find ways
" to increase use and ending workers if appropriate in line with procedures.
" Participate in project work relating to temporary staffing or other issues as required.
" Work closely with FSS Team members, providing cross-cover where necessary.
