Job Description

**CALLING ALL ADULT CARE SUPPORT WORKERS!!***
Are you looking for your next career step and ready for a change?

My client has a volume of permanent support worker roles based in Didcot and Chilton and is looking for experience in mental health to support their service users in a supported living setting.

You will be working 37.5 hours per week and there will be some personal care involved with the role, as well as medication administration.

Salary - £9.25 to £10.25 dependent on experience.

Minimum wage for sleep ins is £8.91 and overnight on call instead of Sleep in £10.95 per night.

" Covering 2 services in Didcot and 1 in Chilton (sleep in duties at this service).
" Days/nights/weekend work.
" Full time 37.5 or 36 hours per week average
" Flexible rota over 7 days
" May include sleep- in or on call duties


Training to be provided:
o Care Certificate
o QCF 2/3
o Mandatory training in health and social care related courses.

You will be expected to attend training and development programmes, these may be online or classroom based away from the workplace.

You must participate in regular supervisions with your line manager in order to receive support, increase knowledge, identify training needs and give you the opportunity to raise issues regarding work practises.
