you will be working for an excellent provider in Supported living housing Adults with LD/ Autism in a community based environment
As an Area Coordinator you will be supporting the team to run the services, Rota Management, Support plans, Supervisions, You will be in charge to manage the leaders who will then deal with the day to day running of the services, you will regular complete any risk assessment where required to make sure the service users are fully supported. With expectation to get stuck in and flexible for one call which will be 1 in 3
you will be able to demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills, willingness to be present and involved with colleagues and other service managers to make sure the service runs smoothly.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate management skills confidently and have a good understanding of social care and being able to deal with any situations calmly and effectively
This is a Full time position mo - Fri 37.5 hours a week 9-5 Salary of £28,330 per annum in additional to benefits and holidays, Progression and development Plus £25 additional for any call outs
