Job Description

I am working exclusively with a Midlands based domiciliary care provider who have an excellent reputation with CQC and their customers for the provision of person centred care and support.

I am seeking skilled, competent and highly driven area manager to oversee a handful of domiciliary care branches across the Midlands. All branches are operating in excess of 1000 hours per week and have thriving, existing contracts.

Employed on a full time basis, you will split your time across the branch network and the company head office.

You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to each branch manager in your region, ensuring the delivery of quality care and continued recognition with CQC. You will provide consistent and focused strategic, operational management including overseeing finances, HR and contracts.

I am seeking applications from domiciliary care professionals who can demonstrate an extensive background in either a senior registered manager or area manager capacity.

A formal care management qualification, excellent reputation with CQC and extensive domiciliary care sector knowledge is essential to be considered for this exciting area manager role.

You must also hold a full UK driving licence and be flexible for the needs of your branches.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary up to £40000 dependent on experience, as well as an appealing car and annual leave allowance.
