Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Area Manager to join a leading organisation that provides support to adults with learning disabilities and associated needs.

As the Area Manager, you will provide guidance and support to the service managers, as well as having strategic and operational responsibility for leading quality support services across the region.

You will lead colleagues, inspiring them to share the vision, and motivate and enable them to deliver the mission.
You will be an experienced Area or Multi-Site Manager within a similar service and will have a Level 5 Care Management qualification.

You will receive a generous salary in the region of £45,000 (negotiable dependent on experience).
This post is being offered initially for an interim period of 6-8 months.
