On behalf of reputable national provider of supported living and residential care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs, I am seeking a highly skilled area manager to effectively lead, manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team across services in the Midlands and Warwickshire regions.
This is an exciting time to join this fast growing and thriving organisation. As area manager, your time will be spent between the local head office and your services.
You work closely with highly skilled and professional managers and oversee many care hours. You will motivate and encourage your staff team to deliver the highest quality of care and support, ensuring all CQC and company regulatory requirements are adhered to effectively.
Business development, budget and finance management as well driving continuous service improvements are all essential within the area manager role.
This is the perfect opportunity for a highly competent and professional senior manager who has extensive experience within the learning disabilities sector and is skilled in overseeing multiple services. All services within our area focus on the provision of care and support for adults with complex needs so an understanding of this is essential.
A formal care management qualification such as the QCF 5 in leadership and management, a full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites is essential to be considered for this role.
