Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Care Manager, managing 6-7 areas for lovely sheltered retirement homes within the South East.

All care is tailored to meet the needs of the individuals, ensuring that a high-quality service is always delivered to homeowners to support their needs.
You would lead a team of estate managers ensuring that our developments provide exceptional levels of service to the homeowners and recommend new ways of working. Ensure that the developments within your area adhere to company policies & procedures, quality assurance validation and are adequately staffed. This team would grow as you grow the service.

We are looking for someone who shares our values and can build on our reputation for excellence to both maintain the quality of care we provide to our current clients and grow the service.


Requirements:
" Experience in leading and managing teams
" Driver
" Qualified to QCF level 5 /NVQ level 4 in Care/Management
" Experience in running an adult / elderly care provision
" Computer skills
" Self-motivated, with a positive approach to your work
" Clear communication skills both verbal and written.
" Ability to work under pressure
