Our Client is looking for somebody who is passionate to making a difference and wanting to help people with a range of needs and backgrounds. The Funding is strictly for a period of 6 months and they would want to pay an introduction fee and take any successful candidates onto a permanent official role rather than run this as an agency temp role.

You MUST have experience of working with rough sleepers / people living a street lifestyle / people who have multiple and complex needs. We will expect candidates to demonstrate a very good understanding of treatment, health and support services in the city and to have experience of working in partnership with statutory and other agencies to meet the immediate needs of clients and to help them make the changes required to access services and accommodation.

Roles will involve working a rolling rota which includes some early mornings, some late evenings and occasional weekend working.

The salary scale is £21,166 to £26,317 per annum
