My client is looking for an Assistant Manager that is passionate about their role and who has a positive attitude in everything they do!
This residential home is a local charity that supports adults and children with learning disabilities. They make the life that people take for granted for example getting dressed in the morning, If people need support around the clock or if they want to live independently they give support either way. They help people to live life to the full no matter what the problem is.
You will be supporting the Registered Manager to help support the home, you will be helping with rotas and co-ordinating the staff to the appropriate shifts that are best matched to their skills. On a day to day basis you will be helping with general office duties but will also be hands on with helping to support the residents.
We need someone who loves the role that they are in, someone who is going to get up in the morning with a positive attitude and is going to do everything they can to make some bodies day different.
They are looking for someone who is a driver with their own vehicle and who has a Level 3 in Health and Social Care. You must have experience working with Learning Disabilities.
