Job Description


We are a health and social care provider who supports vulnerable adults with mental health, learning interview and challenging behaviour. We support the service users to develop their skills for their everyday lives. We promote independence for our service users which one of our aims is to enable their reams to become reality in as many ways possible.
The role includes working on a shift pattern basis including working days, evening, weekends and sleeps. Your role will be to shift lead your staff and service users. Providing medication to our service users. As well as assisting the general manager with any issues you will be out on the shop flooring working with the service users which includes personal care, going out into the community with them and completing care plans
The ideal Assistant Service Manager would have experience in working a setting supporting learning difficulties and mental health. Having a good understanding of our policies and procedures. As this role is working shift patterns it is important as a assistant service manager you are flexible. Able to maintain professional relationships with both service users and staffs.
The minimum entry requirement for this role; 2 years+ experience in working in this sector as a senior/team leader minimum, health and social care level 2 or above and experience handling medication.
