We are looking for an attentive registered general manager for our new service.
Imagine being able to spend your later years in the lap of luxury, with service on-hand that is of the level of a top hotel; that is what we provide.
Our service hosts just over 80 independent residences for retirees; this includes apartments, townhouses and bungalows. It's not just somewhere to sleep and while the days away, watching TV between visits from carers; our residents will have the option to watch a movie in our theatre with their family, go fishing on the lake, join in with our regularly scheduled village events, relax in the comfort of their home or maybe they'll nip across the road to the spa!
As the registered manager you'll be responsible for the whole site, whether that be checking maintenance, reviewing care plans or ensuring that events are being organised in the best possible way. You'll be registered with the CQC and with your high skillset you'll be able to ensure that we receive an 'Outstanding' rating within the first few inspections that we have. A keen eye for detail is a must.
You'll be well experienced in delivering high quality residential care with a level 5 qualification, good at communicating and determined to set a great example, the best leaders always do! Of course, you know how to manage staff, write care plans, rotas and are familiar with regulatory and compliance standards. Salary & benefits:
£30,000 - £40,000
