We are looking for a Service Manager for the Dorset area to lead a team that provides safe, high-quality and person centred care for those affected by mental health illnesses. We support our service users in different ways, sometimes it`s one-to-one, maybe it`s group support, respite funding, activities or perhaps it`s as simple as being a good listener and providing advice.
You will be the service manager, responsible for leading and developing our team across Dorset (excluding Bournemouth and Poole), you`ll ensure that best practice is utilised by all of your team to ensure people are given the best chance for recovery.
You`ll be well experienced in delivering high quality care with a level 3 qualification, good at communicating and determined to set a great example, the best leaders always do! Of course, you know how to manage staff, rotas, engaging bank and agency workers, as well as ensuring that policy and regulation requirements are up to date at all times.
If you`re looking for an opportunity where you can have an active role in mentoring your team and seeing the progress both your staff and service users we`d love to have a chat with you. You`ll have had experience within social care (ideally with mental health or learning disabilities) and have your level 3 qualification.
Salary & Benefits:
£ 25690 p.a
