I am seeking a healthcare branch manager to join a well respected, thriving health and social care recruitment specialist at their Central Birmingham office.
You will become a leader fo an outstanding business who specialise in healthcare recruitment and complex care.
Reporting directly to the operations director, you will oversee the management of a busy branch who have established contracts with the NHS, private care homes and hospitals.
You will manage an established team of consultants, whilst driving growth and development that ensures financial and sales targets are met.
Business development, compliance management and networking will be a pivotal part of your managerial role.
I am seeking applications from highly motivated, sales and professional healthcare recruitment specialists who can demonstrate a proven background managing a successful branch and/or team and who are looking for their next challenge.
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Have experience working within the healthcare recruitment sector
* Be relentlessly motivated and successful in achieving sales and financial targets
* Have outstanding strategic business management skills
* Hold a full UK Driving licence
* Be willing to share the on call rota
