Supervisor/ Customer Service Advisor
Our client is a Motor Home rental company based nationally taking advantage of the new staycation. They are looking to expand their current team, you will be reporting into the branch manager and ensure the branch day to day operation is efficient and delivery high standard experience.
Your duties include: Maintain and improve branch operation, ensure high level of service is offered, be involved in recruitment, training and motivated the team, ensure all vehicles are maintained and presented in accordance with the company policy, display vehicles that are for hire and sale, stock take, ensure H&S rules are followed, report any incidents, sales and target driven.
You will need valid driving licence, some level of qualification in business or tourism, Advance computer skills and management experience. You will be working between Mon to Sat (5days only) 40hours week. Full time permanent role.
Your package £26-£28k plus commission, 28days holiday including bank holiday, Pension and other benefits.
