Our first branch was based in South London and the team are looking to expand and recruit a bright, hard working and target driven individual to join their team based in the Business centre near East Croydon station.
You will be fully trained so recruitment experience is not required but you will need to have exposure to providing exceptional customer service, be confident when speaking to clients and applicants over the phone and face to face and have the will and desire to keep pushing to drive your business forward.
The role is a full 360 recruitment role and you will have autonomy (with support) to find your niche and establish your self as the go to recruitment consultant for staff in your sector.
Both client and applicant pipeline development form the main part of the role but you will also be responsible for other administration and process tasks needed to ensure the smooth running of the business.
