Job Description

I am working in partnership with a well respected, established provider who specialises in the delivery of care and support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs nationwide to recruit a business development manager to actively grow and develop their already thriving business.

Travel will be required nationwide for this position. You will also be required to spend time at the central head office.

Employed on a full time basis, you will place a key focus on the development and growth of the supported living side of the business.

This will require you to increase occupancy within new and existing services, foster and build relationships with key external stakeholders and have great financial awareness and budget management skills.

You will work closely with the senior management and bid writing team and have a clear focus on meeting tight deadlines and targets.

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity you must:

* Have experience within a similar role and be able to demonstrate substantial success in identifying and securing new business and growth

* Have excellent knowledge and experience of the learning disabilities sector, specifically supported living settings and experience of working with commissioning authorities

* Be an excellent communicator and demonstrate project management skills

* Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle

In return, you will receive a competitive salary up to £55000 dependent on experience, generous annual leave allowance plus other exciting benefits.
