An OUTSTANDING opportunity has become available for a Business Development Regional Manager to join an up coming, forward thinking provider of domiciliary care and support.
You will become a key member of the senior management team overseeing home care services and business development across Birmingham, Shropshire, Manchester and Leeds.
Employed on a full time basis, you oversee and manage the running of the region`s services, with a focus on identifying growth opportunities, and implementing growth strategies. Whilst monitoring service provision and ensuring full compliance across all offices, you will also drive forward a business which delivers quality, person centred care.
I am seeking a skilled senior manager who can demonstrate the following:
* Multisite management experience within domiciliary care/supported living services
* Managing senior managers
* Achieving excellent CQC inspections results
* Budget management and financial acumen
* Exceeding set KPI`s and business targets
* Working with and influencing senior stakeholders
A formal care management qualification, as well as a full UK driving licence, your own vehicle and flexibility to travel across multiple services is essential to be considered for this role.
Your extensive knowledge, skills and experience will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary up to £60000 per annum depending on experience, generous annual leave allowance and other appealing benefits.
