Job Description

We are looking for a number of Call Centre agents to join a new team in Wembley close to train/tube links. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to begin a new role immediately. (No weekends involved!)

Your responsibilities will be handling inbound calls, dealing with customer queries and complaints. Above all you will deliver first class customer service. Your hours will be 9am-6pm Monday to Friday which again is unusual. Full training is given so please do not hesitate to apply as the role starts on the 26th August initially for a fixed perm contract of 6 months and then potentially permanent.

You will receive four weeks of online training to ensure your working to the company's standards. Our client will provide a laptop, internet (for working from home purposes) and a headset. Within your first four weeks, you will be in company training.
- During this period you will be paid £10.40 per hour.
- After these four weeks you will receive a salary of £23,296 per annum

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service skills, someone who is switched on, hardworking and has an excellent telephone manner.

A DBS check will be undertaken prior to employment.

This is also a Hybrid working position, where all four weeks of training will be conducted at home.

After this the role will be 3 days working from home and 2 days based in the office.
