Job Description

Brook Street are recruiting for their esteemed public sector client in Romford.
Hours of work- 9-5 Mon - Fri
Contract- temporary for 6 months
Salary- £12.29 per hour

Duties include but are not limited to:

Working on a telephony system and dealing with customers with a variety of queries associated with a Magistrate's court. The worker will work on a dual screen, having access to courts data base, and, Internet.

Contact with the public, colleagues and judiciary, in person or by telephone to obtain information and advising on procedure.

Checking (papers, computer output, typing receipts, invoices, and figures).

Liaising with the judiciary as required.
Liaising with the listing office and court staff to ensure efficient and effective use of court and judicial time.

The worker will ideally have experience using Excel and Word documents.

The successful candidate should have previous customer service experience and will be subject to compliance checks including a DBS.
