Working within our Birmingham office as part of our Candidate Care Team, you will be the first point of contact for our temporary workers.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
*Processing annual leave requests
*Dealing with queries
*Temp surgeries/on-site visits
*Daily inbox management; sticking to agreed SLA`s
If you have an interest in recruitment but no previous experience then this will be an opportunity to come and work for a recognised, national brand. Brook Street has a national contract to support the government with temporary staff and in Birmingham alone, we manage over 800+ temporary workers on a weekly basis.
The ideal candidate will have;
*Good Microsoft knowledge including Excel & Outlook
*Excellent IT literacy and able to pick up new systems
*Previous customer service experience either phone based or face to face
*Ability to overcome issues and find solutions, putting our clients and candidates at the heart of everything you do
*Excellent attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Annual Salary: £22,000
Annual Leave: 22 days rising to 27 with continuous service PLUS bank holidays
Hybrid working model. (2-3 days per week in the office/rest from home)
