An exciting opportunity has become available to support adults living within mental health conditions in the Sheffield area.

You will join an established and well respected provider of care and housing support, and be responsible for the day to day running of an outcome based setting which promotes and supports adults from the age of 18 with complex mental health needs.

You will take the lead in the day to day running of your supported housing service which provides - support for up to 20 adults who hold their own tenancies.

As well as staff management, you will play a key role in referrals and assessments, housing management, finance and budgeting and staff recruitment, training and mentoring.

Your primary responsibility will be to enable the people you support to live independently, maintain tenancies, and promote the skills required to live independently.

I am seeking an experienced manager or deputy who is seeking their next opportunity within the mental health field.

A formal care management qualification, flexibility to share the on call rota and a full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

In return you will receive a generous salary up to £31000 per annum depending on experience, enhanced annual leave allowance, health and well-being and other benefits.
