Job Description

This is a national organisation who provides care and support to both adults and children within a residential setting.

BS Social Care are looking for care and support workers to join the temporary team within Warrington. We have over 2 years experience in providing temporary staff to clients within the health and social care sector.

For this role you will be supporting adults within a residential setting from the age of 18+ with daily duties such as; Personal care, hoisting, domestic duties, assisting with meal times and going out into the community. For this role you must be Moving and Handling trained and you will not be lone working on shift as permanent staff will be there.

You will be able to work in different locations, work various shift patterns and will be reliable, trustworthy, hard working and respectful.

Applicants must have relevant recent experience within health and social care sector or will have an NVQ Level 2 minimum in health and social care with the relevant experience.

The pay rate for this role is £8.50 per hour and the benefits include; double pay on bank holidays, accrued holiday pay, reward and recognition, pension scheme and the potential for a permanent position.
