Job Description

I am working in conjunction with a leading provider of residential and educational support for children and young people with autism and complex behaviours in the Stourbridge area.

You will become a key member of an established staff team and benefit from continued training and development and support.

I have a number of care and support roles available. Part and full time applications will be considered and the settings for these roles include both education and residential settings. Ideally your experience will be with children and young people but transferable skills from adults services, will be considered.

I am seeking applications from experienced applicants who can demonstrate a proven background supporting people with autism, ASD and complex behaviours, ideally with a residential or education setting.

You will be flexible to work a varied shift pattern including, earlies, lates, long days and nights depending on the role. Weekend working on a rota basis is also essential.

Due to the location of this service, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

A QCF 3 in health and social care, children and young peoples services is preferred but not essential as you will be provided with the opportunity to achieve this.
