Job Description

I am working in conjunction with a leading provider of residential and educational support for children and young people with autism and complex behaviours in the Stourbridge area.

You will become a key member of an established staff team and benefit from continued training and development and support.

They are now looking to appoint a Care Support Worker to work closely with a young person, helping them to feel safe, respected, confident and capable of achieving their best. Enabling their family to feel understood, informed, supported and reassured.

I am seeking applications from experienced applicants who can demonstrate a proven background supporting people with autism, ASD and complex behaviours, ideally with a residential or education setting.

This is a full-time position their 24/ 7 services and staff will need to work according to a flexible rota (including weekends and bank holidays).

A QCF 3 in health and social care, children and young peoples services is preferred but not essential as you will be provided with the opportunity to achieve this.
