Care Assistant

Full Time or Part Time

We are looking for a Care Assistant for a not-for-profit Care Home based in Gloucester. There is the option of either full time or part time roles working between 8am - 3pm or 3pm - 10pm.

The home is set in large grounds, with beautiful landscaped gardens.

The role involves daily duties such as morning routines with dressing and bathing. Assisting at meal times throughout the day and assisting with medication as needed. As well as having a hands on approach with the caring role, there is also an element of emotional support such as engaging in conversation and activities.

We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar setting, holding a Level 2 in Health and Social Care is an advantage.

Due to the location of the service you would need to be a driver as it is not on any public transport routes.
