We are working in partnership with a wonderful Care Home based in Haverfordwest, who are looking for Care Assistants to join their team!


About the role:

As a Care Assistant you will work in a team to ensure the smooth running of a medium sized, privately run care home. This care home offers nursing and residential care as well as respite care. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of care and you will promote independence, dignity and respect through the hands-on care you deliver. You will help to ensure that personalised care plans are delivered, and you will be involved in providing essential mental and physical care through a range of social and recreational activities. You will build and maintain strong, positive working relationships with the team and the residents.

About you:
We are looking for someone who has experience in Health and Social Care, suitable candidates will be caring and compassionate, be able to show leadership and management skills and have a good understanding of the role.

An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check is essential for this role although you do not need this prior to applying for the role. Being a driver is desirable but is not essential.
