Job Description

As an employment provider within West/ East and North London areas, we are currently recruiting for care assistants to work within a residential care setting.
Role requires candidates to be working with clients who have various needs involving learning disabilities, mental health and physical disabilities.
The role requires you to provide support and personal care depending on their personal needs. Engaging with clients they are comfortable, and their needs are met. Providing safe and secure environment for residents. Administering medication, carrying out domestic duties and promoting independence. Basic ability to write reports, take notes and have awareness of policies and procedures within a residential setting is also important.
The role also requires passionate, enthusiastic individuals with 1 year of experience within 2 years either paid or voluntary within the care sector. Alternatively, a qualification in care from level 2 or above with less experience within 2 years would be considered as well.
Car drivers are desirable but not essential.
You will be paid 8 -10 pound per hour depending on the service.
